The trolleys have long been a part of Dubuque’s history. Nostalgic, yet brand new Trolleys 2023, seating capacity will accommodate 28-30 passengers, with 42″ flat screen TV’s, heat/air conditioning, Bluetooth, WIFI, charging ports and cushion seats.
